Election Results

Dear Key Allegro Canal and Property Owners,
 
An election committee called meeting of property owners was held on June 24th at 10:30 am, to vote for two vacating positions on the Board.  After proxies were counted and attendees cast their ballots, Board vetted nominees, Myatt Hancock and Jim Martin were elected by a 2 to 1 majority.  Nearly 400 homeowners voted and we thank each of you for your participation.
 
We also say goodbye to Susan O’Bryant and Debbie Kahanek for their  6+ years of service. Their diligence, persistence and energy has been amazing and they have served their community well. I cannot thank them enough for helping this Board  and our Island Community though these difficult times including Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Hanna, the freeze and of course our recent legal issues. We could not have done it without their service.
