As a KACPOA homeowner registering, you will be able to pay assessments, additional fees, receive notifications for all HOA/BOD meetings in addition to community updates and critical notices.
Join us at the next Board of Directors Meeting. Homeowners are always welcome and encouraged to attend. We welcome volunteers on all levels to help support our community. Visit Island Team page to learn more about getting involved.
Moving In
Moving to a new place can be overwhelming! Let us lend a helping hand. We put together information to help get your basic city utilities on, learn our trash and recycling schedule…to get rid of all those moving boxes and more!

Construction, Repairs & Bulkheads
Our island is unique in many ways. We understand it can be confusing knowing what to do to build a new home, make repairs, updates or work on that bulkhead. We have housed all of our community documents and all vital financials on our HOA Management’s site for safe keeping.

Allegro Women’s Club
Purchase a Key Allegro Homeowners Directory from the Allegro Women’s Club. The directories are a good resource to contact your neighbors and a way to give back to your community. The Women’s Club graciously donates proceeds to support college scholarships for local high school students.
