Key Allegro Merchandise Policy

Returns- All returns must be sent back with in 10 days of purchase in the original condition. Merchandise that has been worn, washed or damaged in anyway can not be returned or refunded.

Pick-Ups- At this time all merchandise can be picked up at the Allegro House on Key Allegro Island, located at 29 Mazatlán between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm each Friday. All orders placed before Wednesday at 12 noon can be picked up at the Allegro House that Friday. Orders in after 12 noon on Wednesday can be picked up the following week on Friday.

Shipping- Sorry, but at this time we are not offering shipping services. Check back with us.
